From 1966 to 2024, the model 600 lamp by designer Gino Sarfatti lives in a new proposition conceived by Flos and Bottega Veneta.
In short: leather base, woven and woven Foulard by Bottega Veneta, LED technology, floor and table, in large and small versions, with precise but at the same time soft and comfortable lighting, with direct or indirect light based on the inclination of the reflector, in the colors red, gray, black, BV green and emerald green.
As per the presentation statements, starting from the “first models of Bottega Veneta, which stood out for their soft shapes and smooth leather, the Model 600 proposed a new type of malleability, with a softening of the parts and shapes that compose it”. Continuing, “pushing beyond the rigidity of a conventional lamp, Sarfatti designed a flexible base made of lead pellets encased in smooth leather. This innovation allowed the lamp to be placed on a table with ease, while also allowing the angle of illumination to be adjusted”.
